Tape Review

A random selections of recordings is reviewed on a continuous basis to ensure our standards of service are maintained.

Continuing Education

Continuing education on every level of skill must be completed every month. This includes, but is not limited to 4 EMD assignments, Language Line refresher, Map Info assignments, Coles reverse Directory assignments, Procedure review.

Every day Every tour must complete a TTY test to keep their skills current and ensure the TTY is in proper working order.
